Over 75% of people believe the service offered by estate agents and other players in the service has declined or remained the same. WiggyWam who commissioned the survey in the middle of this month asked 1,109 homeowners for their opinions on the process of selling their house. When asked to comment on the quality of the service provided by the industry, 50 per cent said it had not changed in their lifetime and 27 per cent felt it had declined.
